Ethan's Room

Now that little man is almost 4 months old (Can you believe it?) I finally finished his room. We were waiting for the crib to come, which came yesterday to finish it up. The crib came a little banged up and one side is a little broken (he won't fall out or anything) so they are sending us a new part.

Here he is just after waking from his nap today. Aunt Steph let us borrow Gabe's sailboat bumper. The crib...see you can't even tell its broken.

View from the door
My Aunt Denise, Ethan's Godmother, made him this treasure chest for his baptism gift. I love it because (a) she made it and (b) it has his name and birthday on it.
I couldn't find any artwork like I had in mind so I made it, what do you think?
Reading Corner
His little treasures, thanks Jarbeaus, Grandma Jean, and Chris.
His little bench that we had in our old house porch, the cat got it a bit but I still love it.
This quilt once hung in my little brother's room
I made these little quilt clips too with some clothes pins and glue.

I hope he likes it!
