We had a very merry Christmas this year. This was my favorite one yet because of Emma. She is attending Catholic school this year and has been really into Christmas this year. She knew it was coming and was anticipating the most.
We spent Christmas Eve at Nanny and Grampy's house. The house felt so much bigger this year with the renovations they have made and the kids really had fun too.

Christmas Eve came to an end with loads of excited giggles and happy faces. We couldn't wait to see what Santa was bringing for us in the morning. We got ready for Santa and said our goodbyes to China. With a kiss...
Emma and Ethan were so excited to see what was in the living room. Josh put it best when he said, "Imagine you are Ethan. He had no idea this was coming up and he just wakes up one morning to a ton of cool toy in your house."
We had a morning of opening gifts, I believe we counted three rounds. Emma even asked me at one point if I would open her gifts so she could play with her Barbie house and I could just tell her what she got.The Retelle's House
We were spoiled again over at my grandparent's house. Everything that we got was just so perfect. I spent two hours Christmas night and another hour or so the next morning going through everything. We are so lucky to have such thoughtful family and friends.I'll leave you with a little diva. Thanks for the singing skirt Auntie Sue!
